What will this role encompass on any given day: 

​

As Your Project Coordinator:

• I will be in charge of coordinating tasks on all active projects you have open and work with you, the author to complete any active tasks you might need.

• I will also update your calendar and coordinate with you to keep you on track and ahead of your deadlines.

Social Media + YouTube:

• I will coordinate social media and youtube posts, proofread posts to ensure post quality etc

​

​

Customer Service

• Execute customer service on multiple platforms – email or social media – to ensure you are being taken care of in the best way possible and that we as a team don’t drop the ball when it comes to serving and showing up

• Track payments or fees you may need to cover for any upcoming projects.

Launch & Promotion Management

• I will launch all of your pre-release and release party duties and tasks such as creating your countdown graphics & posts, author intro cards for events, as well as giving mod statuses and party reminders.
