Payments
I work on a month to month basis. All author assistant fees are to be paid upfront via PayPal, prior to each month of service.
Choose from the options below to build your own custom package.
Promotion 2 days a week in 2 Facebook groups, I (keep it low because of Facebook policies). I will also do 1 on twitter, 1 on Instagram and 1 on Give Me the Deets Author Services Page twice a week. You will need to provide me with all the graphics – book covers, banners, teasers, etc… and the written text with links. There is no guarantee that it will provide any sales or reviews.
I’ll keep your Facebook author page active by contributing any updates or info of upcoming books, promo teasers, and your blacklist books. At least once a week I will add some fun stuff to gain interaction. I will also invite and follow on your behalf to gain followers. I will need admin to your page.
3 times per week (Mon, Wed & Fri) I’ll contribute content, invite, and greet new members to your readers’ group on Facebook, where your fans come to interact with you. I will need admin for the group.
I’ll help you to find group takeovers, giveaways, hops, builders, and newsletter swaps to enter.
I can assist you in signing up for group takeovers, giveaways, hops, and newsletter swaps and adding them to your (shared with me) Google calendar.
I can schedule posts for group takeovers, giveaways, and hops via Facebook. (You provide all games, graphics, and text, unless you select the Takeover Package)
I can create the games, graphics, and text for group takeovers and giveaways.
Create simple graphic teasers with 3-d mock ups for promo use in groups and pages.
Closeout and then send out the prizes you provide for the winners of group takeovers, giveaways, and hops via Facebook & Instagram.
Host takeovers and run giveaways in your Facebook group.
Create Google Forms and Sheets for sign-ups.
Set up and host release day parties – events.
Assist you with your ARC team (advanced or early readers) management if needed, by distributing the file, encouraging them to review on time, keeping track of who has and has not reviewed, as well as adding and removing reviewers as necessary.
Be the head cheerleader and manager of your street team. I’ll keep them updated with all materials to be shared and encourage them to be active. Prizes from you may be a necessary incentive.
Create an author media kit for street team and/ or blogger distribution. (Using your info and graphics.)
Contact bloggers on your behalf for cover reveal, release blitz, and/or reviews.
Send media kit to bloggers on the assigned date prior to release.
Simple website creation and updates. (WIX)
Create 3-d mock-ups of your cover. It can be paperback, tablet, phone, or a combination. (You provide a high-quality cover image.)
Get (& keep) you organized by sorting all your files, pictures, teasers, covers, banners, takeover material, etc into manageable files for you to find easier when needed. Access to your storage will be needed.
Remind you of tasks that need to be taken care of, and upcoming events.
Keep you accountable for what you get done daily, making sure you are on schedule to meet your goals.

Once we get acquainted and get everything set-up I mostly work on my own, giving you more time to write and market your materials. I work around my schedule so I do not have set times for tasks to be done daily, but I will meet any deadlines the author has.
